2026 Spring Classes
Classes through the Quilt Capital of Kansas
The QCKS team will be meeting May 13 to put together the new class list for Summer 2026! Be sure to check back as we get ready to add new classes for youth from 6th grade through adult. Registration for all classes is available on the Quilters' Paradise website. All classes will be held at the Lumberyard Arts Center, unless otherwise noted, as part of the Quilt Capital of Kansas partnership. Classes require advance enrollment through the Quilters' Paradise website or by contacting the shop directly. Classes with no enrollments three (3) days prior to class will be cancelled.

Every Wednesday from 10am to 3pm
Lumberyard Arts Center
Free Open Studio for Textile Arts at the Lumberyard Arts Center from 10am to 3pm on Wednesdays. The studio will be open to anyone wanting to work on quilting/sewing/textile/needlework projects. We've had people spinning fiber, crocheting, embroidering, quilting and more! All welcome! This time offers a great opportunity to finish up UFOs, get answers to questions about patterns, or just come enjoy stitching with friends. Sewing with friends is always more fun!
