Advanced Crochet with Janet Anderson-Story and Becky Fender



Students may enter at the level desired but should be cautious about jumping too far ahead. If you know how to chain, but not how to make stitches, Beginning Crochet is the best place to start.

Advanced crochet: Put your crochet skills to the test by choosing a project of your own to focus on. Assistance from instructors Janet Anderson-Story and Becky Fender will ensure your success! Both are happy to consult with you on choosing a project for this advance series. 


Saturdays August 1 & 15 AND September 5 & 19 from 1-3pm at the Lumberyard Arts Center.


AGES 12/6th GRADE THROUGH ADULT 


Supplies:
Crochet pattern of your choice--a garment, wall hanging, etc.
Yarn and hooks as directed in your pattern
Necessary notions per previous classes



Instructors: Becky Fender and Janet Anderson-Story, both having years of experience crocheting are willing to share their experience in teaching others.

Quilting and textile art classes are co-sponsored by Quilters' Paradise and the Lumberyard Arts Center as part of the Quilt Capital of Kansas programming.


Skill Level: Advanced
Skill Details: Advanced crocheter able to chain, slip-stitch, and double crochet. Will be working on more complex project of choice.

Instructor Bio: Janet Anderson-Story has over 30 years of experience crocheting and hopes to share her passion with new and intermediate crocheters.
