Intermediate Crochet with Janet Anderson-Story and Becky Fender
Students may enter at the level desired but should be cautious about jumping too far ahead. If you know how to chain, but not how to make stitches, Beginning Crochet is the best place to start.
Intermediate crochet: Crochet a pair of socks or a corner-to-corner blanket.

The pattern, which will be provided, works from the toe up and uses the “after thought” heel method. The first session will involve measuring your foot, working the toe and beginning the foot of one sock. Homework will be finishing the foot section and working to this same point on the second sock. The second class will complete the heel opening and begin the leg section. We will also finish the heel.
Saturdays, June 6 & 20 AND July 18 & 25 from 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Supplies: A flexible tape measure
3 stitch markers
Hooks size C/2 (2.75mm), D/3 (3.25mm), and (E/4 3.5mm)
2 100 gram skeins of wool or wool blend sock yarn (1-super fine weight)
Scissors
Notebook and pen.

This four session class is for those who are already proficient with crocheting.
For adults or older children (6th - 12th grades) new to or renewing their skills of crocheting.
