Youth: Beginning Hand Embroidery with Angie



Beginning Hand Embroidery with Angie Speilman. Learn several basic hand embroidery stitches that can launch you into the world of embellishing your own shirts or jeans. Saturday, December 14 from 1-3pm at the Lumberyard Arts Center.

For youth 6th-12th grades.

Quilting and textile art classes are co-sponsored by Quilters' Paradise and the Lumberyard Arts Center as part of the Quilt Capital of Kansas programming.

Skill Details: No previous experience needed. Bring an open mind and willingness to learn!

Instructor Bio: Angie Spielman brings energy and fun to the classroom as she introduce the art of sewing and crafting to today's youth.

Quilters' Paradise Quilt Shop, owned and run by Sharon Vesecky, opened its doors in its current location on January 3, 1989.
