Youth: T-Shirt Quilt Top with Angie & Ruthie
Turn 9 of your t-shirts into a quilt top with Angie Spielman and Ruthie Rodden. This three day class will take place at the Lumberyard Arts Center Sunday through Tuesday, November 24-25-26 from 12:30-3:30pm each day.
Whether the t-shirts were saved from school sports, musical theater, vacations, or other activities, you can turn your shirts into a keepsake t-shirt quilt that is filled with memories and love. In this 3-day class you cut and stabilize the shirts, choose a layout that suits you, and assemble the shirts into a finished top ready for quilting.
Before class, be sure to wash all shirts WITHOUT fabric softener or dryer sheets. Having clean shirts will help the the entire process.
