Angie Spielman, a fairly new quilter, is sharing her newfound talents with area youth and adults alike.
Becky Fender who brings 30+ years of experience to her crochet classes.
Cheryl Travis is a talented crafter and quilter who enjoys sharing her passion with others.
Kathleen Thomas is a fabric landscape artist who has taught previously at the Lumberyard Arts Center.
Laura Davids, a talented quilter and maker, brings a range of different classes that feature making of various bags, tuffets, painted barn blocks, and more!
Liz Granberg-Jerome, a very creative and talented quilter with over 50 years of sewing experience, teaches a wide variety of classes at Quilters' Paradise. A few of her favorites that will be offered again are Beginning Quilting series, Scared Stitchless Introduction to Free Motion Quilting, and One Block Wonder and Hexified Panel Quilts.
Sharon Vesecky, Quilters' Paradise owner and experienced quilter, offers classes on hand quilting, as well as various projects based on patterns in the shop.

CL-HPQ: Hexified Panel Quilt with Liz Granberg-Jerome
Take your One Block Wonder skills and give them a twist with Liz as she guides you through making a Hexified Panel Quilt! Using 7 identical panels, cut six into strips and then into sets of 60 degree triangles, and then build your color-flow of hexagons around the 7th uncut panel. Wall-hanging size panels available from Liz in class. Two-day class on Saturday, April 12 from 10am to 4pm and Sunday, May 18 from 11am to 4pm at the Lumberyard Arts Center

CL-Y-9Patch: Youth: 9-Patch Blocks with Sharon Vesecky
Make your first 9-patch quilt blocks under the guidance of Sharon Vesecky. This traditional block can be turned into a pillow cover or other simple project. Youth class for ages: 6th - 12th grades. Saturdays, April 26 or May 3 from 1-3pm at the Lumberyard Arts Center.

Learn how to read a crochet pattern, how to hold a hook and chain stitch, plus learn several basic stitches to get you ready to create! For youth in 6th through 12th grades. Saturdays, February 15 and/or April 12, from 2pm to 4pm at the Lumberyard Arts Center.
